We employ the Experiential Learning Model and other curriculum designs to address participant needs in order achieve more powerful and sustainable participant outcomes. Through this design we will be able to increase training capacity, meet a wider range of learner needs and ensure smooth and efficient delivery enabling attendees/trainers to troubleshoot and cross-check knowledge learned.
